Your comment on my page about wishing kids today knew jazz: When I take my books about music into schools and play "Potato Head Blues" by Louis Armstrong for the kids, they "get" it right away. All it takes is exposure to the sounds -- a good story helps, too.
Would my 12-year old, a very good reader, be able to enjoy your book? She's passionate about Egyptian mummies and tombs. --Roxane
